Tee Time Bookings
All Tee Times booked Online require a valid Credit Card. We would like to ensure our customers that when entering your information, you are using a Secure URL. We use 128 Bit SSL Data Encryption, but do not show this in your browser because of 'Framing' that takes place to provide seamless integration with our Tee Time Reservation Software. If you would like to see the actual 'Secure' URL, please contact our Golf Shop.
Booking an Online Tee Time will also enter you in our "E-Specials Club", providing periodic emails for exclusive coupons, discounts, special events, and of course, Tee Time Specials. Entering is FREE, and your information is held in confidence. We will only use the info you provide for our marketing efforts and you can unsubscribe at any time

 Booking PoliciesThank you for booking your tee time on our website. The following policies and procedures are in effect and the policies herein are enforced. There is no fee for booking on our website and we look forward to having you as a guest at Otter Creek. Otter Creek Booking Policies All fees are due upon arrival at the golf course. If you have any questions about fees please contact the golf shop prior to arrival. (812) 579-5227 Tee times may be booked a maximum of (14) days in advance. To book tee times beyond (14) days, please contact the golf shop. Please do not book tee times as a single! If you are a single player contact the golf shop so we can place you with someone else. Maximum number of 12 players, or three tee times to any person or group. Four tee times or more constitutes an outing. For groups this size and larger, a written contract is required. Please call (812) 579-5227 to book a group of four or more tee times. Coupons and Promotions If you plan to use a discount coupon or promotional certificate of any kind, please make notation of this at the time of booking. Cancellation Policy Tee time reservations and/or changes to the booking must be made by phone no later than 48 hours prior to the scheduled tee time. If changes and/or cancellation of the reservation are not done by this time, the credit card holder will be responsible for the applicable fees. Cancellation or changes cannot be made via the website. Inclement Weather Policy It is the decision of Otter Creek to determine if the golf course is unfit for play due to weather.
